Before making any purchase, participants are advised to carefully review the program details, curriculum, duration, fees, and eligibility requirements.
All payments made towards any training program, internship, workshop, certification course, mentorship program, project training, or related service offered by Kramate are final and non-refundable.
Once a payment has been successfully processed and enrollment has been confirmed, no refund requests will be entertained under any circumstances.

Enrollment fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Participants may not transfer their enrollment, access credentials, or course benefits to another individual unless explicitly approved by Kramate in writing.
Kramate reserves the right to modify, update, reschedule, postpone, or revise the content, schedule, trainers, delivery methods, or structure of any training program without creating any obligation for refunds.
Participants agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting Kramate's support team. Any fraudulent chargeback attempts may result in immediate suspension of access to all services and appropriate legal action where applicable.
No exceptions to this refund policy shall be made unless required by applicable law.
